“The number of WHOOSH trips returns to normal as much as 62 schedules per day with a headway every 30 minutes. Passengers can return to enjoy WHOOSH’s trip safely, comfortably, and on time according to the applicable schedule,” Eva said in her written statement on Thursday morning.
He added that for passengers affected by the cancellation of the trip on August 20, 2025, KCIC provided the ease of cancellation of tickets by returning the 100 percent duty.
The cancellation process can be carried out at the Halim Station Counter, Karawang, Padalarang, Tegalluar Summarecon, and Bandung feeder hall no later than D+3, namely until Saturday, August 23, 2025. The return money will be processed a maximum of 15 working days to the account according to the form filled.
KCIC conveyed an apology for the inconvenience that occurred.All steps to handle and adjust the trip are carried out solely in order to ensure the safety and safety of WHOOSH’s trip for all passengers.
