In the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), Wednesday (8/20).
Corporate Secretary Waskita Karya Ermy Puspa Yunita revealed the adjustment of the composition of the management is a form of the company’s commitment to remain adaptive to industrial dynamics and prepare strategies in facing challenges going forward.
“This change is part of Waskita’s long -term strategy to strengthen the company’s fundamentals, increase synergy, as well as ensure the recovery of the company’s financial performance. The restructuring process that we are running will continue to be a priority,” Ermy said in an official statement.
In the EGMS, shareholders raised a number of names as members of the Board of Commissioners namely Abdul Rochim, Hasby Muhammad Zamri, Aqila Rahmani, Muhammad Harrifar Syafar, and Muhammad Abdullah Syukri.
They replaced Dedi Syarif Usman, T. Iskandar, Muhamad Salim, Addin Jauharuddin, and Muradi as the Board of Commissioners.
In addition, shareholders also deleted the position of Director of Risk Management, Legal, and Qshe Waskita Karya which was previously held by Anton Rijanto.
