“Want to have an evaluation, he wants a correction. So that what? So that justice and truth in the process of law enforcement in Indonesia can be felt by everything,” he added.
Report the State Loss Auditor Team to BPKP Ombudsman
Tom Lembong also reported the audit team calculating state losses to the Development Financial Supervisory Agency (BPKP) and the Ombudsman.
“That’s right (reporting the BPKP auditor), Mr. Tom wants a correction for such law enforcement,” Zaid said.
The report said the report to BPKP and Ombudsman was conducted this afternoon.Namely after reporting judges to the Supreme Court (MA) and the Judicial Commission (KY).

Another Tom Lembong lawyer, Ari Yusuf Amir, also confirmed the report.He questioned the professionalism of the State Loss Calculation Team.
“The audit is wrong. Unprofessional,” Ari said.
Ari also shared evidence of his report to BPKP and Ombudsman.Report Number to Ombudsman numbered 56/Viil/2025 and reports to BPKP numbered 55/Vili/2025.
In the report file to the Ombudsman and BPKP, it was written that Tom Lembong reported the alleged violation of irregularities and maladministration in the process of calculating state financial losses in the sugar import case by the BPKP auditor.
The composition of the audit team calculation of state financial losses is as follows:

Tom Lembong is officially free from Cipinang Detention Center, East Jakarta after being abolition from the government.This abolition made a judicial process against Tom, who had appealed the sentence of 4.5 years in prison, stopped.Tom Lembong came out of the Cipinang Detention Center, around 22.05 WIB on Friday (1/3).
