impose deactivation sanctions against

Eco Patrio
and
Nafa Urbach
on Wednesday (5/11).
MKD deputy chairman Adang Daradjatun said that in his consideration the three DPR members had been proven to have violated the code of ethics.

He detailed that Sahroni was given an inactive sanction for six months before he was allowed to resume his term of office in the 2024-2029 period.
Meanwhile, Eko Hendro Purnomo alias Eko Patrio was sentenced to deactivation as a member of the DPR for four months.
Finally, Nafa Urbach was given a three month deactivation sanction.MKD also asked Nafa Urbach to be careful in expressing opinions and maintaining her behavior in the future.
Adang said that as long as they are disabled as members of the DPR, the three of them will not be given financial rights or allowances.
“Declaring that defendant 1, defendant 2, defendant 3, defendant 4 and defendant 5 during the deactivation period did not receive financial rights,” he said at the DPR Building.
Meanwhile, Adies Kadir and Surya Utama alias Uya Kuya were declared not proven to have violated the DPR members’ code of ethics.
Adang said that both of them had also been reactivated as members of the DPR to continue their term of office in the 2024-2029 period starting from the reading of the decision.
