Still confident that the Drug and Food Supervisory Agency (BPOM) will be willing to be an expert witness in the trial of alleged extortion and money laundering reported by Reza Gladys.
“BPOM will definitely come, BPOM is neutral. If you don’t come, it means that there is anything,” Nikita Mirzani said shortly before the trial was held again at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday (9/25).

This case began with the accusation of Nikita Mirzani who said the skincare products sold by Reza Gladys were not licensed, which later developed into allegations of extortion by Nikita Mirzani against Reza Gladys.
Nikita herself has asked personally through her legal counsel to BPOM to be an expert witness, after the institution also confirmed that the product in question was not officially registered.

The expert witness who attended the hearing on Thursday (9/25) was Frans Asisi as a linguistic expert, Suparji as a criminal law expert, and Subani as a civil law expert.

Nikita Mirzani and her assistant, Ismail Marzuki alias Mail Syahputra, were charged with threating through electronic facilities against Reza Gladys.Both were also charged with money laundering charges.
The Public Prosecutor charged Nikita Mirzani and Mail Syahputra with Article 45 paragraph 10 letter a and Article 27B paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, as amended in Law No.1 of 2024, and Article 3 of Law No.8 of 2010 concerning Money Laundering, which is associated with Article 55 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
