Sjafrie was one of the patients who tried the immunotherapy procedure.
“I happened to be asked to try taking 40 cc of blood, then processing it in the lab, then after 5 days or 7 days, I would inject it again,” he said.
Sjafrie hopes that immunotherapy and DSA services can be enjoyed by the public.
“This is not only for the benefit of the TNI but for the public to try and enjoy this and we hope this can provide a health boost to all of us Indonesians,” he said.
Meanwhile, Special Advisor to the President for Health, Dr.Terawan said the immunotherapy and DSA services had started running today.
“Today, both the DSA process itself is underway and the immunotherapy is being processed directly today,” said Terawan.
Terawan said all facilities and services were ready to provide services for both Immunotherapy Nusantara and DSA.
He hopes that the hospital under the Ministry of Defense can develop into an international standard referral hospital.
According to Terawan, a number of patients from abroad have even started arriving since last week.He hopes this can improve public health and foster a culture of research and development.
“So that’s all there is to it

to provide services to the community.”Hopefully the RSPPN Sudirman hospital will truly become an international referral hospital,” he said.
Immunotherapy (immunotherapy) is a type of treatment that uses the patient’s own immune system to fight diseases, such as cancer.
Immunotherapy can increase the body’s natural defenses or use substances created in the laboratory to help the immune system recognize and attack cancer cells more effectively.
Meanwhile, Digital Subtraction Angiography (DSA) is a radiological examination procedure used to display detailed images of the inside of blood vessels.
