Yandri explained that the Red and White Kopdes would not receive money directly from the bank.The loan money will be given directly to the business partner to pay the needs purchased by the cooperative.
He said if the Red and White Kopdes borrowed money to buy fertilizer, then the funds from the bank were distributed to PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero).Cooperatives will only receive fertilizer that has been paid.
The PAN politician added that technical rules were being finalized through harmonization across ministries.The draft of the Minister of Village Regulation (Permendes) has been submitted to the Ministry of Law to be synchronized by other ministries/institutions before it is stipulated.
“God willing, in a short time it will be finished,” Yandri said.
Coordinating Minister for Food Division Zulkifli Hasan also conveyed the use of village funds as guaranteed not to apply in this scheme.According to him, guarantees are given in the form of goods purchased through loans, not cash funds or village funds themselves.
“Village funds do not become a guarantor, the guarantor will later be a loan for what it is. For example, for gas, the gas is guaranteed. For food, food is guaranteed,” said the man who is familiarly called Zulhas on the same occasion.
Previously, President Prabowo Subianto inaugurated 80 thousand Red and White Kopdes.The launch was followed by the issuance of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 49 of 2025 concerning Procedures for Loans in the Framework of Funding Village Cooperatives/Kelurahan Merah Putih.
Beleid regulates the Red and White Kopdes can borrow up to Rp3 billion from the bank.The rule also provides a scheme if the Red and White Kopdes failed to pay the loan, including cutting village funds.The government said the village funds that could be used for this scheme were a maximum of 30 percent.
