Eat nutritious free
(MBG) can reach around 50 million beneficiaries in September 2025.
“September we have been able to serve approximately 50 million beneficiaries,” said Head of Bgn Dadan Hindayana at a press conference in the Economic Growth at the Ministry of Economy, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (5/8).
He explained that the MBG program has now formed 3,338 Nutrition Services Unit (SPPG) units spread across various regions.The temporary data recorded that the service had reached around 8.2 million people.
With the projection of the number of recipients per SPPG, the number is expected to pass 10 million beneficiaries in the next few days.
“If each 3,000 (SPPG) each, actually we are almost
double digit
(beneficiaries).So in two days we will get the beneficiary data for more than 10 million, “said Dadan.
The MBG program has now reached 38 provinces, 502 districts, and 4,700 sub -districts out of a total of 7,200 sub -districts throughout Indonesia.The number of personnel involved reaches around 106 thousand people.
Regarding the budget, Dadan said the realization of absorption had exceeded the previous estimation.
“The absorption today has reached Rp. 7.9 trillion. Even though we estimate that July it was only Rp6 trillion in July,” he said.
BGN estimates that budget absorption will continue to increase in the next two months.
“We estimate that later in August it will be absorbed Rp. 3 trillion so that the cumulative will be Rp9 trillion,” he said.
Meanwhile, absorption for September is estimated to reach Rp19 trillion.
Dadan also explained the projection of program development until the end of the year.In October, beneficiaries were estimated at 72 million people with a budget absorption of around Rp37 trillion.
In November, the number of recipients was projected to reach 75 million people with an absorption of around Rp59 trillion.
“And at the end of December we will absorb Rp. 76 trillion,” Dadan said.
He mentioned that of the total budget, the allocation for the MBG program reached Rp52 trillion.
“So we to eat nutritious (MBG) will require an additional Rp24 trillion,” he said.
