Open the vote about the report on his State Organizers’ assets (LHKPN) which is said to be checked by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
The check was the aftermath of the polemic made by Arlan when he changed the Principal of Prabumulih 1 Middle School, Roni Ardiansyah, who allegedly reprimanded his son for bringing a car to school.
Arlan stressed that he had reported his wealth before the nomination process as mayor.
“I have reported the LHKPN problem, both the car I have also reported before I nominate the mayor,” Arlan said at the Ministry of Home Affairs Office, Thursday (9/18).
KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo previously explained that checking would be carried out to ensure the wealth of the regional head was appropriate.
“When we talk about LHKPN compliance, it is certainly not only obedient about the reporting time but also obediently related to its contents,” Budi said when confirmed at his office, Jakarta, Wednesday (9/17).
“Is what is conveyed is appropriate, correct, complete or not, it will be checked from the reporting of the LHKPN concerned,” he continued.
Based on a report submitted to the KPK on August 13, 2024, Arlan was recorded to have assets worth Rp17 billion.The report was posted when Arlan became a candidate for the Regional Head of the Prabumulih City Government.
In his report, Arlan has 18 land and buildings spread across Prabumulih and Ogan Ilir with a total value of Rp5,871,750,000.These assets are called their own results.
In addition, he also reported ownership of 8 cars, 3 motorbikes and 1 bulldozer with a value of Rp4,921,000,000.
Arlan also recorded other movable assets worth Rp202 million, cash and cash equivalents of Rp8,007,987,046, and Rp2 billion in debt.
“Total assets of Rp17,002,737,046,” written on the KPK e-LHKPN page, Wednesday (9/17).
