delivered 60.3 percent of the allocation of people’s business credit (
Kur
) or around Rp180.9 trillion is absorbed for the production sector.
“On this occasion, I also reported that in the context of KUR Alhamdulillah we from the Ministry of UMKM focused on two things, namely the KUR distribution process not only seen from the quantity aspect but must be seen from the quality aspect,” Maman said at the People’s Party for Indonesia 2025 at the Smesco Convention Hall, South Jakarta, Friday (22/8).
He explained that the quality of KUR distribution was measured through monitoring by the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs and Financing Committee.
“One measurement measures that the quality aspect is present in the KUR distribution process based on monitoring from the Coordinating Minister for the Economy and the Financing Committee. Alhamdulillah, to this day the allocation of KUR funds which is approximately Rp300 trillion is 60.3 percent has been allocated for the production sector,” he explained.
Maman added that if the distribution target until the end of the year was achieved, his party would consider raising the portion of the KUR allocation to the production sector.
“If later at the end of the year we are consistent, we can channel approximately 60 percent, I think, maybe it is allowed to be the target of allocating the production KUR we raise at 63 or 65 percent. So that this can be challenging and challenges for all of us,” he said.
According to Maman, an increase in the portion of KUR to the production sector can have a greater economic impact.
“But I consider this important because if we allocate KUR funds 60 percent to the production sector,

there are also many.The absorption of labor, the effects of economic impacts and so on is also large, “he said further.
