.The following is a list of five Indonesian representatives passed the Korean Open semifinals.
Indonesia passed two men’s singles, one women’s singles, one men’s doubles, and one mixed doubles.
Mixed doubles Amri Syahnawi/Nita Violina Marwah became Indonesia’s first representative to step into the Korean Open 2025 semifinals. Amri/Nita made a surprise by getting rid of the fourth seed from China, Guo Xin WA/Chen Fang Hui through Rubber Game 11-21, 21-17, 21-16.

Good results Amri/Nita transmitted to Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri.Fajar/Fikri appeared solid to get rid of the South Korean couple, Jin Yong/Na Sung Seung.
Fajar/Fikri won 21-13 in the first game.Fajar/Fikri closed the second game with a score of 21-16.
Two men’s singles representatives, Alwi Farhan and Jonatan Christie also managed to advance to the semifinals.Alwi and Jojo stepped into the semifinals through different struggles.
Jonatan without much difficulty beat Kenta Nishimoto with a score of 21-14, 21-8.While Alwi got rid of Weng Hong who passed a fierce duel with a score of 4-21, 21-16, 21-17.
Jonatan and Alwi will clash in the semifinals on Saturday (9/27).That way, Indonesia has confirmed a ticket in the men’s singles final of the Korean Open 2025.
Meanwhile, Putri Kusuma Wardani qualified for the Korean Open 2025 semifinals after overthrowing Kim Ga Eun with a score of 21-6, 21-15.
