Present to meet the alleged case examination call
fake diploma
The 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Wednesday (8/20) today.
Roy claimed he did not bring additional evidence in the examination with the investigator of the Kamneg Subdit Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya.
“Today I did not bring anything because indeed this should be nothing. So, a report is wrong, a silly report, a lot of mistakes,” he said at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, without specifying the mistakes he meant.
Roy also claimed to be confident that he would escape this legal case.Nevertheless, said Roy, he would continue to follow the ongoing legal process.
“Oh, yes, (confident is not wrong), because that instead we dare to publish the book correctly,” he said.
“If the wrong person should be someone who has a diploma, the thesis is suspected of 99.9 percent fake,” he continued.
Besides Roy, today investigators scheduled an examination of two other people namely Kurnia Tri Rayani, and Rizal Fadillah as Deputy Chairman of the Ulama and Activist Defenders Team (TPUA).
Polda Metro Jaya investigated six police reports related to jokowi’s fake diploma accusations.Of the six reports, one of which was reported directly by Jokowi.
Jokowi sent a report related to the alleged defamation or defamation of the good name of the accusation of fake diplomas.In the report, Jokowi reported the alleged violation of Article 310 of the Criminal Code and or Article 311 of the Criminal Code and or Article 305 jo 51 paragraph 1 of the ITE Law.
After being investigated, the police had raised the status of the report posted by Jokowi to the investigation stage.This is based on a case title where investigators found a criminal element in it.
Whereas for five other reports, three of them also rose to the investigation stage.While the other two reports were revoked by the reporter.
