Officially submitted an application for the determination of guardianship of custody and administration of their children who were still underage.
He submitted the request to the South Jakarta Religious Court on Monday (9/15).Ajie Darmaji was present accompanied by her legal counsel, Zaki R. Mosabasa.
“This is a request for the determination of the guardianship because the children of Bang Ajie are still underage indeed custody to care automatically to his biological father, Bang Ajie,” said Zaki in PA South Jakarta as reported

He then revealed the reason Ajie continued to submit a request to determine the guardianship even though custody automatically fell to him as the biological father.
Zaki revealed a lot of children’s needs that require legal approval, such as educational affairs that cannot be taken care of directly by children because they are still not old enough.

Thus, Ajie Darmaji stressed that the move was taken purely for administrative purposes.He said this would be safer for the smooth needs of his children.
“For example, want to go to school or etc.
“We just take care of the administration, like that. For the needs of school children later, to make it safer,” explained Ajie Darmaji.
What’s more, one of the Mpok ALPA children plans to continue his education abroad which is certain to require a clear legal basis so that the process does not encounter obstacles.

Ajie Darmaji is the husband of the second marriage of Mpok ALPA.The presenter whose full name was Nina Carolina had previously been married at a very young age and ended divorce after five years.
He later married Ajie Darmaji in 2018 and was blessed with four children, including the twins who were born in October 2024 or about 10 months before MPOK ALPA died.
Mpok alpa was announced dead on Friday (8/15) or when he was 38 years old.The sad news was confirmed directly by Raffi Ahmad and Irfan Hakim in the Trans Fyp Trans7 broadcast.
He died after years of trying to fight cancer which had been hidden from the public.His assistant, Tika, revealed that MPOK ALPA had been sentenced to cancer when he was four months of his second child.
Since then, said Tika, Mpok Alpa has always confirmed that the child in the womb must be safe, especially when it is advised by a doctor to keep in carrying out chemotherapy despite being pregnant.
