Reporting, Vigar crashed into the boundary wall between the field and the audience stands while trying to prevent the ball from leaving the field in a match with Chichester in the continuation of the seventh division of English football.
After being taken to the hospital and induced a coma, the doctor decided to perform surgery to Vigar on Tuesday (9/23).However, the 21 -year -old died on Thursday (9/25) morning.

“We ask that his family’s privacy be respected in this difficult time. Rest in Billy’s peace. Forever settles in the hearts of everyone in Chichester City FC,” the club’s statement on social media said.
In honor of Vigar, Chichester decided to postpone the match against Lewes, which was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday (9/27).
Vigar joined the Arsenal Academy in 2017 and officially signed a professional contract in 2022. He was known as a strong and versatile striker.

However, Vigar decided to leave Arsenal in 2024 without ever appearing on the senior team.He was loaned to the U-21 Derby team, Hastings, and Eastbourne Borough.
