The objection arose because Erin stated that he did not live in Tigaraksa’s jurisdiction.Erin’s exception was confirmed by a spokesman for the Tigaraksa Religious Court Mohamad Sholahudin.
“The Respondent did not live in the jurisdiction of the Tigaraksa Religious Court. So the Respondent filed an objection through the exception,” said Mohamad Sholahudin as reported

“The exception is a rebuttal or rebuttal that he does not live in the Tigaraksa region,” he stressed.
He revealed that the Respondent, based on the rules, had to live in an area in accordance with the place where the case was tried, there should be no forgery of the location of the residence from the Respondent.

Thus, Mohamad Sholahudin stated that Erin’s exception would be considered before the panel of judges through the evidence.
Furthermore, he emphasized that the decision on the objection would be decided by the Panel of Judges after considering the evidence submitted, whether the application could be canceled or continued to the subject matter.
“Later (the exception) is considered by the Assembly, it is the assembly that assesses. That is what is proposed by the Respondent of the Assembly is the one who judged,” he explained.
He also revealed that the hearing would be followed by the same agenda, namely proof of the exception, the following week because the panel of judges felt there were still incomplete things.
“For the next week, there is still a proof of exception because there was something possible because the assembly considered that it was not right, so proof again, continued for the exception,” he said.
It all began when Andre Taulay again sued divorce Rien Wartia Trigina or Erin on April 9, 2025. That was the second time Andre Talak Erin because the previous lawsuit was rejected by the impact not in accordance with the provisions.
In April 2024, Andre had submitted a request for divorce divorce after marrying Erin on December 17, 2005. However, the lawsuit was rejected because it was considered not in accordance with the provisions.
