In the Presidential Decree, Prabowo gave abolition to Tom Lembong based on the Decree of the Leadership of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia Number 139/Pimp/IV/2024-2025 concerning the consideration of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia to the Abolition Request for Thomas Trikasih Lembong on July 31, 2025.
Based on the consideration of the DPR’s decision, it was written that President Prabowo needed to determine the Presidential Decree regarding the granting of abolition.
