to be the cheapest and fastest transaction system service in the world.
This was conveyed by BI Governor Perry Warjiyo when opening the Digital Economic and Financial Festival (FEKDI) which is in synergy with the Indonesia Fintech Summit & Expo (IFSE) organized by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) at JCC Senayan, South Jakarta, Thursday (30/10).
He said the BI Fast transaction fee was only 2,500 per transaction.

“BI FAST IDR 2,500 per transaction. We also make transactions up to IDR 500 thousand free. Our merchants are free from MDR (merchant discount rate) 0 percent,” said Perry.

He added that Indonesia’s digital financial economy continues to grow.It is said that Indonesia’s digital financial transactions currently reach 37 billion transactions per year.
Of these total transactions, IDR 4,500 trillion was carried out in e-commerce.
This number is targeted to increase 4-fold to 147.4 billion transactions by 2030.
“The shot payment system transactions, which are currently 13 thousand transactions, will increase to around 48.6 billion transactions,” he said.
