revealed that his party had received a new technical director to build a strong Indonesian national team.

But Erick is still reluctant to announce the name of the new PSSI Technical Director.However, Erick stressed that PSSI Technical Director is expected to improve Indonesian football.
“What is the technical director of the main task? Maintaining the national team’s performance in October and November, [then] later starting in December and next year starting [further]. After concocting the Indonesian national team game system, after he was confident in the national team, then he spoke to the region, well this was the play book [Indonesian soccer curriculum,” Erick said.
Erick also revealed that his decision to choose the new PSSI Technical Director was carried out after discussing with all coaches at the age level.
“The interview of the technical director is together all the coaches, because we want to build team work. So the team discussion. We are teamwork, not the trust of individuals,” said Erick.
