The highest security agency
Iran
approved the formation of a new defense council after Tehran fought 12 days with
Israel
last June.
The Iranian government television station on Sunday (3/8) reported that the new body was chaired by the President and included a number of high military commanders.

The agency which also includes a number of ministers will be assigned to “review the defense strategy” and improve the ability of the Iranian armed forces.

Calling this formation is part of a broader structural change in Tehran’s security forces.
On June 13, Israel launched an attack on Iran until it erupted the war of the two countries.More than 1,000 people were killed in Iran, while 29 people were killed in Israel in the war.
Nuclear sites, military, and nuclear scientists and military Iran are the target of Israeli attacks.
The ceasefire was agreed upon after Iran and Israel to fight for 12 days.The United States became the party that was mediating and announced the agreement.
