Central Jakarta Metro Police arrested four students suspected of watering acts
hard water
to other school students on Jalan Sungai Bambu,
Tanjung Priok
, North Jakarta, on Friday (1/8).
“The perpetrators have been secured by the Tanjung Priok Sector Police and are still under investigation,” said North Jakarta Metro Police Chief Commissioner Erick Frendriz in Jakarta, Sunday (3/8).
He mentioned, the perpetrators of watering hard water were students from vocational schools in the Koja area.While the victim with the initials AP (17) is a student who also comes from a vocational school from the Tanjung Priok area.
The police chief explained that before the watering action, the group of students from vocational schools in Koja deliberately went around 10 people to find opponents of brawls.
In the convoy they did not meet opponents, but ran into the victim who was riding three.
“Spontaneously the perpetrators approached the victim’s vehicle, then fell and the perpetrators poured hard water,” he said.
At present the victim is still undergoing treatment at the RSCM IGD, Central Jakarta.While the perpetrators are still under investigation at the Tanjung Priok Police Headquarters.
“At present the investigator is still conducting a deepening of the perpetrators, then of course they will conduct a case title to determine the status of the suspect or not, or only witnesses or detention,” he said.
The examination was carried out by assisting the Correctional Center (Bapas) because the perpetrators were still underage.
A student became a victim of a hard water attack carried out by a group of other students on Jalan Sungai Bambu, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.
The incident occurred on Friday (1/8) and the perpetrators randomly attacked the victims.They conducted a motorcycle convoy to find the victims.
As a result of the incident, the victim suffered severe injuries to the face and body.The hard watering action was recorded by a monitoring camera (CCTV) around the scene.
