, The Immigration Authority and Singapore Inspection Post (ICA) will have the authority to issue a ban on a plane or ship to the transportation operator.
This order aims to prevent travelers at high risk of riding flights or ships heading to a country area of 734.3 km2.
It is planned that this initiative will be implemented at the air checkpoint starting in 2026 and at the Sea Inspection Post starting in 2028, as reported by

Transportation operators who failed to comply with NBD (
no-boarding directives
) Can be subject to a fine of up to 10 thousand Singapore dollars or around Rp127 million.
